Manufacturing Engineer Job Description

Gpac is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engineering standards and practices to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain engineering standards and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in design reviews and quality assurance activities to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
  • Evaluate and approve technical documents, including drawings, routings, and specifications.
  • Design and procure tools and equipment to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality.
  • Identify and resolve production problems and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Train and mentor production staff to improve processes and introduce new technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MRP systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience in metal fabrication, welding, and topcoat applications is a plus.
