Key Responsibilities- Assess and manage patients with complex trauma and critical care needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Conduct thorough assessments, including physical exams and diagnostic testing, to inform treatment decisions
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current California RN license and NP certification
- Experience in trauma and critical care nursing
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
