Inpatient Adolescent Behavioral Health Program Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Program Development & Service Delivery to join our team at MultiCare Health System. This role is responsible for program development, clinical oversight, staff management, financial administration, and regulatory compliance, ensuring alignment with our organization's values and mission.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement programs to enhance service delivery and improve patient outcomes
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance to staff, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to regulatory requirements
- Manage staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
- Oversee financial administration, including budgeting and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Involuntary Treatment Act (ITA) regulations
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Mental Health Professional licensure, with current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- Minimum 7 years of clinical experience in mental/behavioral health, with a focus on adolescent and adult populations
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supervisory and leadership roles, with a preference for healthcare leadership experience
