Job Title: Custodial Worker

Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Custodial Worker to maintain offices, hallways, and other common areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in general cleaning tasks, waste removal, and equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Remove municipal and medical waste from accumulation areas and deliver to disposal containers.
  • Clean and maintain corridors, stairways, entrance ways, sidewalks, and other facility areas.
  • Order, receive, restock, and maintain supplies for daily use in the work area.
  • Respond to emergency situations involving floods and spills.
  • Perform Isolation procedures and other related duties as directed.
  • Set up and remove special equipment and furniture in rooms.
  • Operate power and manual floor cleaning equipment following established procedures.
  • Maintain all equipment used in daily operation.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of custodial experience.
  • Ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
  • Ability to problem solve and understand job expectations and duties.
  • Exhibit a kind and friendly manner in communication with others and meet the physical requirements of the position.
