About the RoleWe're seeking a forward-thinking Product Designer to lead the design of our core platform and AI tools. As a key player in our team, you'll be responsible for creating world-class travel and event technology solutions that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design of multiple streams of work, including core product flows, brand assets, and next-generation AI tools.
- Help define product strategy and set the vision for BoomPop's user experience.
- Partner with key stakeholders to define problem goals, map user flows, prototype interactions, and launch new products and services.
- Work closely with our world-class team of engineers, product managers, and operators to bring our product to life and scale.
- Influence the company's product philosophy and vision.
- Guide product definition for a bleeding-edge consumer-facing product that will get in the hands of our customers immediately.
- Run user research, usability studies, and data-driven experiments to inform the product direction.
- Create something meaningful that has the potential to bring happiness and positive benefits to millions of people.
- 6+ years of professional experience working as a product designer.
- 4+ years of startup experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent visual, interaction, and service design skills.
- Systems thinker with the ability to think beyond the pixels and design for both online and offline experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to help a team navigate ambiguity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma.
- Strong market awareness and knowledge of cutting-edge approaches, trends, technologies, and 'the culture' of the best-in-class user-facing product companies.

Occasional travel is required for this role, with approximately 3-4 nights of travel per quarter.
Total Compensation Package: Including Benefits and Stock.
- Base: $160,000 - $190,000 a year; Depending on Experience and Qualifications.
- Medical, vision, dental, life: $10,000 - $16,000 a year; Depending on Individual or Family Plan.
- Equity: Our vision is to take BoomPop to the moon; Total Estimated Value for this Role is $100,000+.
