The ideal candidate will possess a Master's Degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, and be registered with the Board of Behavioral Science as an Associate. You will also have Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) or Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) certification.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $70,000 per year, company-paid benefits, generous vacation and holiday pay, and opportunities for career development. Additionally, you will have access to paid CEU opportunities and supervision for BBS hours.

In this role, you will assess clients, develop treatment plans, and conduct family collateral and discharge planning. You will also interview consumers to determine their needs and respond to potential emergency events. Your strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients will enable you to provide effective counseling and support.

The Valley Star Crisis Walk-In Center provides 24/7 rapid mental health assessment and crisis intervention services to individuals of all ages. As a member of our team, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive environment that prioritizes client-centered care and collaboration.
