Job Overview

CSAT Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately record and report material movement, including daily shipments and inventory levels.
  • Organize and maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment, including cleaning and organizing materials.
  • Assist material handlers and other personnel in the movement of materials, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Perform data entry tasks, including reporting and documentation, to support warehouse operations.
  • Meet ISO 9001 and other quality system requirements, ensuring compliance and excellence in all aspects of the role.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 2 or more years of data entry experience, preferred.
  • Able to use manual moving equipment, including pallet jacks and carts.
  • Email and written messaging with basic Excel knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of warehouse management systems, preferred.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methods, preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with close supervision.
  • Intermediate English abilities required.
  • Excellent time-management skills.
Working Conditions
  • Warehouse environment, may not be climate-controlled.
  • Lift/carry up to 20 lbs.
  • Push/pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand/walk for 8 hours.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and crouching.
