University of Miami Partnership

The University of Miami has partnered with Legends to oversee various aspects of its athletics program, including ticket sales, customer service, annual fund solicitation, and digital marketing. As the exclusive partner for Miami Athletics, Legends will engage with Hurricanes fans, local businesses, and national brands through unique sponsorship, ticketing, and hospitality options.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled Video Production Specialist to join our team at the University of Miami Athletics. As a key member of our content creation team, you will produce, capture, and edit high-quality video content for our Partnerships, Sales, Service, Engagement, and Consumer Marketing teams. Your final deliverables will be used for TV, radio, social, and online communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce, capture, and edit long and short-form video content for various teams
  • Operate and maintain professional digital video and audio equipment
  • Develop strong storytelling skills and create engaging visual content
  • Manage, organize, and upload assets from shoots
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve content goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a video-related field and 3-5 years of experience
  • Experience with production workflow for video and digital communications
  • Proficiency in digital editing software (Premiere, After Effects, Avid Media Composer, Davinci Resolve, Media Encoder)
  • Knowledge of basic lighting setup and audio capture
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator with some graphic design experience
