About the Job

Veterans Sourcing Group is seeking an experienced AML Compliance Analyst to join our team in Columbus, OH.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate and analyze data to identify potential security threats.
  2. Conduct thorough investigations, documenting all findings and conclusions.
  3. Prepare and submit Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) as necessary.
  4. Foster effective communication with colleagues, management, and stakeholders on risk assessments and recommended actions.
  5. Manage multiple priorities to achieve departmental targets and objectives.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detailed analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Independent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of banking products, services, and industry regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
