Patient Care Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Associate to join our team at Sollis Health in the Hamptons. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our members, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in providing direct care to patients under the supervision of a Physician, including vital sign collection, medical history, and simple wound dressings.
- Coordinate care to meet patient needs, including obtaining lab tests, updating medical records, and preparing specimens for testing.
- Provide exceptional customer service, making patients feel comfortable and addressing their questions and concerns in a professional and patient manner.
- Enter information into our electronic health record, Athenahealth, and perform related administrative duties as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Successful completion of a NYS Certified Nursing Attendant program, Medical Assistant program, or other state-licensed program such as EMT, required OR completion of two years of clinical course work actively pursuing RN, ACP, or MD degree.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
