Job Summary:
The Patient Care Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of patient care services in our healthcare facilities. This role requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
- Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to improve patient flow and reduce wait times
- Conduct quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
Requirements:
- Master's degree in nursing or related field
- Current license as a Registered Professional Nurse
- At least 5 years of nursing experience with evidence of leadership mastery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary:
The salary range for this position is $100,000-$160,000/year, depending on experience and qualifications.
