Job Summary

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing clinical and operational guidance, leadership, and strategic direction to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical standards of care to improve the health of our patients and clients.
  • Recruit and onboard new providers, providing performance feedback and coaching to ensure positive professional development and retention.
  • Lead the development of quality initiatives and programs to improve cost-effectiveness and quality of services.
  • Support administrative and marketing efforts to secure new business and maintain existing relationships.
  • Provide consultative services in occupational health, including medical director services to client companies and development of onsite programs.
  • Supervise the medical review process and substance abuse testing programs throughout Tennessee and Virginia.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Valid and active Medical Licensure in TN and VA.
  • Valid and active Board Certification for Occupational Medicine.
  • Medical License free of sanctions from any healthcare entity and payer.
  • DEA clear of any restrictions or recent sanction.
  • DOT and MRO certifications required.
  • Five years minimum clinical experience.
