About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Hematologist/Oncologist to join our team in San Bernardino County. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch medical care to patients and collaborating with colleagues to drive excellent outcomes. The successful candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering compassionate care.

Salary and Benefits:
The compensation package for this role includes a competitive salary range of $300,000 to $450,000 annually, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement plan. Job Description:
This part-time position involves working approximately 20 hours per week, providing medical services to patients, participating in multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of new programs and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a commitment to teamwork, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess board certification or eligibility in Hematology/Oncology. They should also have a strong background in clinical research, teaching, and leadership. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
