About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Podiatrist Surgical to join our team at Kaiser Permanente - Southern CA Medical Group in San Bernardino County. As a key member of our medical group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a board-certified or eligible Podiatrist Surgical to lead our surgical department and provide high-quality care to our patients. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care, including surgical procedures and consultations
  • Lead and manage the surgical department, including staff supervision and workflow optimization
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient outcomes and departmental performance
  • Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal treatment plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Board certification or eligibility in Podiatric Surgery
  • Current California medical license
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in supervising and mentoring staff
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
