We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager - Home Health RN to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our home healthcare services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and supervision to clinical staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Develop and implement clinical programs and services aligned with company policy and regional management directives.
• Collaborate with the Branch Administrator to oversee the agency's growth and development.
• Serve as a clinical expert and assist with operational and financial management of the agency.
Requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.
• Active CPR certification.
• At least 3 years of experience as a RN in a healthcare setting (home health or hospice).
