Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team. As a Clinical Therapist, you will work with a dynamic team of clinicians to provide individual, family, and group therapy to adolescents. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with referring professionals and treatment teams.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions
  • Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to identify treatment needs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to address client needs
  • Timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with referring professionals and treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Manage and conceptualize client cases to ensure effective treatment outcomes
Qualifications
  • Masters or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent
  • Licensed in the State of Utah, or working on licensure
  • Experience working with adolescents in a therapeutic setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
