Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team at Youth Care. As a Clinical Therapist, you will work with adolescents and their families to provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions. You will also conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with referring professionals and treatment teams.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions to support adolescents in achieving their mental health goals.
  • Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the needs of adolescents and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each adolescent.
  • Collaborate with referring professionals and treatment teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document all therapy sessions and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications
  • Masters or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • Licensed in the State of Utah, or working on licensure.
  • Experience working with adolescents and their families.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
