Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales: Meet or exceed sales goals by promoting and selling Sherwin-Williams products to customers.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that products are properly stocked and displayed.
- Store Appearance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and exterior areas.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other sales associates and store staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Availability: Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
- Driver's License: Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Education: Have at least a High School diploma or GED.
- Experience: Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
- Language Skills: Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language.
