Job Overview
CNC, a private non-profit organization, seeks a qualified Afterschool Certified Teacher to provide educational support to students in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop individualized instructional strategies
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with a State of Florida Certification (Temporary or Professional) or completion of an approved Florida Childcare Professional Credential (FCCPC) with a National Child Development Associate (CDA)
- Minimum of two years' experience in teaching, teaching assistance, or a similar role
- Effective communication skills and ability to establish good relationships with parents
- Bilingual: English and Spanish, with fluent communication abilities in both languages
- Passion for working with children and patience when dealing with students of varying abilities and backgrounds
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain focus in chaotic environments

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. CNC offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
