Digital Design Engineer

BCForward is seeking a highly motivated Remote Digital Design Engineer III in the United States.
Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Digital Design Engineer III to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing digital systems, ensuring compatibility and functionality within the overall system architecture.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop digital systems using Verilog, SystemVerilog, VHDL, and High-Level Synthesis (HLS) for various design applications.
- Implement datapath hardware accelerators to improve system performance and efficiency.
- Use tools such as VC static Spyglass for Lint, CDC (Clock Domain Crossing), and RDC (Reset Domain Crossing) checks to ensure design robustness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any errors or warnings in design integration, applying necessary constraints or waivers to meet design specifications.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure high-quality outcomes in all design and integration tasks.
- Collaborate effectively with physical design and verification team members, contributing to team efforts and project success.
- 5-10 years of digital design experience.
- Strong hardware MATLAB experience, ability to demonstrate.
- Running Lint/RDC/CDC.
- Experience designing blocks.
- Resume must showcase project work.
- Ability to make sketches, engineering drawings and common computations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawing, schematics and computer-generated reports.
- Previous experience with computer applications and software related to engineering field, such as Computer Aided Design (CAD).
- Design verification or physical design skills.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (pre-requisite).
