About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Elm Wood Center - Claremont Nh. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the nursing team and other disciplines.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented effectively.
  • Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Requirements
