Job Title: Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at Premier Home Pros. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products and services
  • FOLLOW CALL CENTER SCRIPTS AND GUIDELINES TO ENSURE CONSISTENT AND EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION
  • Data enter customer information into CRM software such as Salesforce

Salary: $17.00 per hour (approximately $35,000 per year)
