As an Apartment Leasing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in representing our residential community. Your primary responsibilities will include presenting our apartments, finalizing lease agreements, and ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction. This position is essential for enhancing occupancy rates and supporting property management operations, with an emphasis on leasing, marketing, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging apartment tours and address leasing inquiries to highlight the community's advantages.
- Distribute promotional materials and communicate effectively with potential residents.
- Stay updated on market dynamics and competitor offerings to refine leasing strategies.
- Process lease applications and prepare lease contracts with meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure prompt completion of repairs and apartment readiness.
- Perform move-in inspections and facilitate smooth orientations for new residents.
- Assist in organizing and executing resident events and initiatives to boost community involvement.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects, residents, and colleagues.
- Keep accurate leasing records and reports to aid property management functions.
- Support general office tasks including handling inquiries and administrative duties.
- Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by the Community Manager.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in apartment leasing.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills for effective interaction with residents and team members.
- Valid driver's license is required.
