Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled TOSCA Test Manager to lead our testing efforts and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software quality assurance and test automation, with a proven track record of using Tricentis TOSCA to develop and execute automated test scripts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Testing Efforts - Oversee the planning, execution, and management of testing activities using Tricentis TOSCA.
  • Develop and maintain scalable and efficient test automation frameworks
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products by leading the testing team
  • Test Strategy and Planning - Collaborate with stakeholders to define test automation strategies and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives
  • Create detailed test plans, including scope, approach, resources, and schedule
  • Automation Development- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing
  • Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous testing
  • Test Design & Automation – Creating and maintaining of Test cases using tosca model-based testing approach.
  • Scripting in TOSCA – Writing and optimizing automation scripts within the tosca framework to ensure accurate and efficient test execution.
  • Test Execution – Running automated tests and analyzing results to identify and report any issues / defects.
  • Integration with CI/CD – Experience in integrating TOSCA into continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines for seamless testing in agile and Dev ops environments.
  • Reporting & Analytics – Using TOSCA reporting and analytics features to generate insights from test results and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Over 10+ years of extensive experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
  • Proven experience with Tricentis TOSCA, including web-based, desktop application, and API testing
  • TOSCA, Automation, Testing Tools, ARIS Connect
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing automated test scripts.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
