Client: A St. Louis, MO based Fortune 50 managed care and healthcare solutions provider with annual revenue earning over $155 billion and employing over 82,000 employees.



Overview:

Seeking an enthusiastic and passionate QA Lead that can inspire teams and support teams and perform testing engineer duties. Testing will be on the Omni CRM platform which is bult on Pega so Pega is required. Tosca automation is also required. Need manual and automated testing experience.


Qualifications:

  • Test lead experience.
  • Strong testing skills.
  • Understanding of STLC (software testing lifecyle), defect life cycle, test planning and strategy, test reporting.
  • Pega functional testing experience required.
  • Experience with API testing and automation using Tosca (will be moving to Cypress soon which is a plus to have).Experience with understanding CRM requirements/data mapping and estimating work effort.
  • Experience identifying the CMS conditions for requesting the test data.
  • Experience with test data submission requests
  • Experience validating test data using Postman/SoapUI.
  • Experience with identifying test cases from requirements.
  • Experience with test strategy and planning, defining test scenarios and test cases, developing and maintaining test scripts, analyzing bugs.
  • Experience validating transformation& data loading functionality.
  • Experience in executing the test cases and raising the defects using the defect tracking tool Jira, documenting in confluence and qTest/Quality Center.
  • Experience with test documentation.
  • Experience coordinating with dev team and tracking bug fixes to closure.
  • Experience with test management tools.
  • Jira and Jira Align.
  • Jira Cloud is a plus.
  • Git Lab
  • Agile methodology framework.
