We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mortgage Product Trainer to join our innovative team at Movement Mortgage.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the development of a new mortgage product and in training "what" needs to be accomplished by role as well as "how" to do it in an industry-leading loan operating system (LOS).

This role requires a blend of product development insight, front-end mortgage originations expertise, and a passion for education and training.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, stakeholders, and the line of business to ensure the successful rollout and adoption of our cutting-edge mortgage solution.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with the product management team to understand product requirements and features.
  2. Provide input on product design from a training and user experience perspective.
  3. Assist in the development of user-friendly documentation, including user guides, job aids, training manuals, and video tutorials.
  4. Develop comprehensive training programs for internal teams for UAT, pilot, and production environments
  5. Create and maintain training materials that cater to various learning styles, including online courses, webinars, and hands-on workshops.
  6. Deliver engaging training sessions, both virtually and in-person, to ensure users are confident and proficient with the product.
  7. Maintain the Movement culture with respect to how users execute their roles.
  8. Provide ongoing support to users, answering questions and troubleshooting issues related to the product.
  9. Work closely with the app support team to ensure that their knowledge base is built and expanded.
  10. Gather and analyze feedback from training sessions to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
  11. Collaborate with the product management team to relay user feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
  12. Establish and maintain a knowledge base for users, ensuring all training materials and documentation are up-to-date.
  13. Monitor industry trends and updates to ensure training content remains relevant and effective.

Requirements:


  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • Talent in communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels of management.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
  • Self-starter that thrives in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
