We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at CHRISTUS Children's Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a clinic or medical office setting, working closely with physicians and healthcare providers to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medication and prepare equipment as needed
- Assist physicians and healthcare providers in the treatment of patients
- Provide general nursing care to patients, including vital sign monitoring and wound care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Graduate of a Registered Nursing program, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Completion of Nurse Residency Program
- Six (6) months' to one (12) months clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting
- RN license in good standing in state of employment or a compact state, if applicable
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support
