Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at CHRISTUS Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of nursing professionals to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and develop individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing professionals to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based practices and improve patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical developments and best practices in nursing care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science Degree in Nursing (MSN).
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment or compact.
  • 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
