Job SummaryThe Senior Research Fellow's primary role is to conduct research, disseminate research findings, and collaborate with the PI team to institutionalize BUILD-related programs. To achieve this, the fellow must be able to:
- Conduct literature reviews and develop research methodologies
- Implement and analyze quantitative and qualitative research results
- Prepare manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals
- Prepare and co-author proposals, reports, and presentations
- Collaborate with faculty and administrators to institutionalize equitable student research training
- Develop and/or assess online training modules
- Contribute to the design and implementation of programs to promote equity
Ph.D. in STEM, STEM Education, or a related field is required.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Research Fellow will be responsible for:
- Working with diverse undergraduate student populations
- Developing and implementing research projects
- Communicating research findings through oral and written channels
- Collaborating with faculty and administrators to achieve program goals
- Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
This position offers a competitive salary range of $32,244.00- $201,276.00 annually, with an anticipated hiring range of $65,000- $75,000. The position also includes a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 403(b), life, AD&D, and flex spending.
