Job Summary

The Senior Research Fellow's primary role is to conduct research, disseminate research findings, and collaborate with the PI team to institutionalize BUILD-related programs. To achieve this, the fellow must be able to:

  • Conduct literature reviews and develop research methodologies
  • Implement and analyze quantitative and qualitative research results
  • Prepare manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals
  • Prepare and co-author proposals, reports, and presentations
  • Collaborate with faculty and administrators to institutionalize equitable student research training
  • Develop and/or assess online training modules
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of programs to promote equity
Qualifications

Ph.D. in STEM, STEM Education, or a related field is required.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Research Fellow will be responsible for:

  • Working with diverse undergraduate student populations
  • Developing and implementing research projects
  • Communicating research findings through oral and written channels
  • Collaborating with faculty and administrators to achieve program goals
  • Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $32,244.00- $201,276.00 annually, with an anticipated hiring range of $65,000- $75,000. The position also includes a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 403(b), life, AD&D, and flex spending.
