Unit: Inpatient Acute Care Services

Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM / Availability for at least every other Saturday required

Shift: Daytime

Employment Type: Per Diem Level I

Qualifications Required:
  • Completion of an Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited AOTA institution, or equivalent qualifications
  • Current licensure in Illinois or eligibility for licensure
  • Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
  • CPR certification from the American Heart Association
General Summary:

Under the supervision of the Rehab Services Manager or Rehabilitation Supervisor, and with accountability to the Director and Team, the Occupational Therapist will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, set goals, and administer Occupational Therapy programs aimed at enhancing patient mobility and promoting independent functioning within their physical constraints.
