- Administer care to patients under the direction of the responsible Registered Nurse or medical provider.
- Collaborate with staff and other departments to develop strategies for continuous quality improvement and patient satisfaction.
- Utilize data to meet care coordination needs across settings, working with patients, families, and other care providers.
- Protect patients and employees by adhering to infection control policies and protocols.
- Unrestricted current LPN license to practice nursing in New York State.
- Certificate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum of 1-year clinical experience preferred.
- Ability to travel throughout the Network.
- Current BLS certification.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications and electronic medical records.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $28.00/hour and a dynamic work environment that values teamwork, innovation, and patient-centered care.
