We are seeking an exceptional early-career IT professional to join our multi-tenant Hosting team at Epic.

You'll be instrumental in deploying, operating, and scaling a high-performance network that provides world-class availability, performance, and security.

You'll keep abreast of the latest technologies in this hands-on role, shaping the future direction and design of our systems.

You'll provide network support within a small, collaborative team that is changing the way some of the nation's largest healthcare organizations access our software.

Apply your technical prowess and problem-solving skills to develop and maintain a robust, reliable, high-performance foundation for some of the largest healthcare organizations in the country to access our world-class software.

Bachelor's Degree in CIS, IS, IT, or a related field

Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed)

COVID-19 vaccination

Preferred experience/interest in one of the following areas:

Experience with Infrastructure as Code frameworks such as Ansible, Puppet, or Terraform

Experience with scripting and programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, Go

Experience with Network, firewall, or load balancer platforms

Background in network fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, routing, and administration of networking hardware
