Key Responsibilities:
  • Process teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for members, providing personalized support and addressing their financial needs.
  • Understand and cross-sell credit union products and services, aligning with members' financial goals and objectives.
  • Achieve individual and branch goals for member experience, transaction accuracy, and product cross-sells.
  • Adhere to all credit union policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a financial institution or retail customer sales/service environment preferred.
