Job Summary

As a Shuttle Operations Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the day-to-day management of our shuttle operations, adhering to contractual guidelines, company policies, and procedures. Your primary focus will be on fostering good client relations, promoting a professional image, and approach to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in initiatives to enhance client and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the management of daily activities at assigned locations.
  • Support management duties as assigned.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with equipment maintenance and repair, as well as general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
  • Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
  • Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills, and other hazards. Substitute for any position, if necessary.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of shuttle operation areas, transportation routes, major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the area of the garage.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements

Education/Experience: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one month of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior supervisory experience with a DOT-regulated shuttle operation is preferred.

License Requirement: A valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and an acceptable driving record is required.

DOT Medical Card: A Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card) is required.

Availability to Work: Special shift requirements, if any, will vary depending on a location's hiring needs. If applicable, availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or weekends may be required.

Written Communication: Writes clearly and informatively; Able to read and interpret written information.

Customer Service: Maintains a positive attitude. Responds to requests for service and assistance.
