Description

Fast Park & Relax, Austin Bergstrom International Airport's premier offsite parking company, is seeking a positive, high-energy shuttle driver to join our team. As a shuttle driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to and from the airport terminal and our parking lot. As a shuttle driver, you will be responsible for:

  • Operating a shuttle bus to transport passengers to and from the airport terminal and our parking lot.
  • Providing excellent customer service to our passengers, including assisting with luggage and answering questions.
  • Ensuring the safety of our passengers and the security of our vehicles.
  • Communicating with dispatchers to exchange information and receive requests for passenger service.
  • Recording information on trip sheets, such as trip counts.

Requirements:

  • High School education, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Successful completion of background screening.
  • Successful completion of drug screening.
  • A valid state driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record required.
  • Must be able to meet applicable DOT and/or state regulated requirements to operate a commercial motor vehicle.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:


Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. May be exposed to construction and various weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment may range from moderate to loud. This position is performed inside as well as outside weather conditions. Regularly required to talk or hear. Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 75 pounds.
