Geriatric Care Physician Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Physician Providers Management Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
- This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $110,000 and up, depending on experience.
- The NP will work in a nursing home or long-term care facility setting, providing comprehensive medical care to residents.
- We require the NP to be flexible in their location, as we have not finalized which facility we will be entering, but it will be located in Westchester County.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary and specialty care to patients in a nursing home or long-term care facility setting.
- Conduct thorough medical assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an RN or NP in a nursing home or long-term care facility setting.
- Current licensure and certification as an RN or NP in the state of practice.
- Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications or clearances.
