Job Description:
We are seeking Board-Certified Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine Physicians to join our dynamic team. As a Geriatric Medicine Physician at Inspire Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary care to patients aged 65 and above. Your expertise will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission of keeping patients healthy and thriving.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to older adults with complex medical needs* Develop and implement personalized care plans to address the unique needs of each patient* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination* Conduct regular health assessments and screenings to identify potential health risks* Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed* Prescribe medications and treatment plans to manage chronic conditions* Educate patients and their families on healthy lifestyle choices and disease management* Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices in geriatric medicine* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction* Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
* Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine* Current medical licensure and DEA certification* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills* Proficiency in electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems* Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes* Bilingual English/Creole or Spanish proficiency preferred* Relocation package available on a case-by-case basis.
Compensation and Benefits:
