Job Title: Operating Room Nurse Manager

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operating Room Nurse Manager to lead our surgical services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing clinical and program development within the OR to ensure quality patient care and meet the mission and goals of BWFH.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of professional nursing practice in the OR
  • Planning, management, and operation of surgical services to ensure quality patient care
  • Collaboration with the Nursing Director and Associate Chief Nurse to develop and implement clinical and program development initiatives
  • Leadership and management of a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals in the OR
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
  • Masters Degree in Nursing or a related field, or enrollment in program preferred
  • Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure
  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers required
  • 3-5 years of progressive leadership development, management experience preferred
