- Conduct thorough inspections of equipment and machinery to identify potential issues and implement preventative maintenance measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment-related issues and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of plant equipment and machinery, including electrical and mechanical systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair.
- High School diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
- Electrical certification preferred (high voltage).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Basic knowledge of DC/AC motors and controls.
- Knowledge of 3-phase power and circuits.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend English.
- Industrial electrical experience.
- Familiarity with PLCs and basic troubleshooting.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, dust, and noise levels. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided and required to be worn at all times.
