We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at SWM International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of equipment and machinery to identify potential issues and implement preventative maintenance measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment-related issues and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of plant equipment and machinery, including electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
  • Electrical certification preferred (high voltage).
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
  • Basic knowledge of DC/AC motors and controls.
  • Knowledge of 3-phase power and circuits.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industrial electrical experience.
  • Familiarity with PLCs and basic troubleshooting.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, dust, and noise levels. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided and required to be worn at all times.
