Job Summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a skilled Health Information Associate to join our team. As a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment, we are committed to delivering clinical excellence in communities across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities
  • Medical Records Administration (95%): Ensure all incoming and outgoing medical report requests are processed daily, answer phone requests for patient files, prepare daily duplicates and reports for delivery, and file and organize courier lists of outgoing films and reports.
  • Supportive Duties (5%): Complete other duties as assigned, including communicating with attorneys and insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, data entry experience, and proficiency with computer systems and typing.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Previous medical records experience and bilingual skills.
