Your Responsibilities:

Strategically position and advocate for vendor-neutral Ultrasound IT solutions within your designated territory. Collaborate with Philips sales channels to enhance the offerings of Philips Ultrasound and Enterprise Informatics (EI). Foster sales relationships with third-party PACS vendors to seamlessly integrate Philips applications into their workflows. Assist in the introduction of new products to the sales teams. Implement the Go To Market (GTM) strategy in close partnership with the EI Business. Organize and deliver product demonstrations effectively. Oversee site assessments and manage the quotation process. Maintain an up-to-date record of all opportunities and manage the sales funnel and forecasts on a daily basis. Ensure compliance with the physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements for this position, with or without accommodation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Advanced degree (Master of Science, MBA) or a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably in Medical Education. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Healthcare IT and Cardiovascular Ultrasound. Certification as a Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS), Echocardiography Technologist, or RVT is advantageous. Comprehensive understanding of the Cardiovascular Ultrasound landscape is preferred. Proven experience in medical device sales. Strong technical and clinical knowledge of the products. Excellent customer service orientation and negotiation skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

The Total Target Earnings comprise base salary plus target incentives. Performance achievement between 85% and 120% can yield annual earnings ranging from $181,050 to $206,600, along with a company vehicle. Total compensation may vary based on individual performance.

The Total Rewards compensation package includes generous paid time off, a 401k plan with up to 7% matching, a Health Savings Account (HSA) with company contributions, a stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and additional benefits.

Additional Information:

Candidates must possess US work authorization. The company will not consider applicants requiring sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.

Relocation benefits are available for this position. Candidates must reside within commuting distance to the specified regions.
