Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and participate in patient care activities within the scope of LVN licensure.
  • Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and changes in accordance with established clinical policies and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records related to patient assessments and care evaluations.
  • Implement care plans as directed and administer prescribed medications and treatments.
  • Assign duties and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure optimal patient care.
Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current and valid LVN/LPN license.
