Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in the mortgage industry
- Demonstrated success in a dynamic sales environment; inside sales experience is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business or finance is preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong confidence and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively within set deadlines
- High integrity and trustworthiness; must be a collaborative team player
- Must possess, or be able to obtain upon hire, a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license as per the SAFE Act; may need to become licensed in multiple states
