Job Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for overseeing the tracking, delivery, and administrative tasks associated with the sale of new and pre-owned trucks.


Essential Job Functions:

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Performing various administrative tasks such as document preparation, report generation, and handling customer inquiries via phone.
  2. Coordinating the delivery of trucks to clients and/or other dealerships, including arranging necessary drivers.
  3. Maintaining accurate truck inventory records for reporting to manufacturers and sales teams.
  4. Updating truck inventory on the company website.
  5. Ensuring the proper completion of paperwork required for the legal transfer of vehicle titles and serving as a notary for the sales department.

In addition to the essential functions listed above, the employee is expected to demonstrate honesty, integrity, and respect towards all clients and colleagues. A professional appearance and demeanor, a positive attitude, effective communication skills, and a commitment to accuracy and detail are essential. The employee should also maintain a clean and organized work environment and show initiative in learning new skills and assisting coworkers when necessary.

The employee may be required to perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed.


Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Familiarity with data processing capabilities and procedures, including the use of personal computers.
  • Understanding of the regulations and requirements set forth by the PA Department of Transportation and other governing bodies related to the sale and transfer of heavy-duty trucks.
  • Ability to foster positive working relationships with coworkers, supervisors, management, and various agency personnel.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with a diverse range of individuals.

Machines/Tools/Equipment:
Computer, basic office equipment (copier, calculator, fax, etc.)

Working Conditions:
Primarily a controlled office environment.
