Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Clinical Nurse II to join our Labor and Delivery team at UNC REX Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to promote a culture of respect and empathy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices, technologies, and research to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current RN licensure in North Carolina.
  • ACLS, BCLS, and NRP certifications.
  • One year of experience as a licensed RN.
