Job Title: Systems Engineer

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be schedule-driven, and have strong communication abilities. Additionally, they will have demonstrated expertise in Systems Engineering artifact creation, Configuration Management, the CNO mission, and formal Test Event planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, control, and schedule the complete set of required System Engineering Artifacts
  • Execute the CDRL program, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, completeness, and acceptance of all artifacts
  • Collaborate with team members, co-contractors/vendors, and customer stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of ten years of experience in the respective domain
  • Ability to generate and maintain a program schedule of discrete tasks, milestones, and deliveries, variable on dependencies and tolerant of change
  • Ability to create Configuration Control documentation baseline
  • Skilled technical writer capable of creating and/or contributing to contractual required documents
  • Ability to decompose design characteristics and schedule considerations into well-scoped, finite, achievable software development tasks in a commercial tool (such as Jira)
  • Experience with a commercial Systems Architecture diagramming tool (such as Cameo Enterprise Architect)
  • Experience with CMMI, INCOSE, etc. SE standards and practices
Clearance:

Active TS/SCI clearance is required to be considered for this role.
