Position Overview

Stronghold Investment Management is on the lookout for a qualified candidate to fill the role of Senior Acquisition Specialist / Buyer. This position will collaborate with various departments to facilitate the acquisition and divestiture of assets in a dynamic and fast-paced setting. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional negotiation capabilities and the ability to manage a high volume of transactions. Clear communication of contractual obligations to the team is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate upstream business transactions, including but not limited to mineral acquisitions, oil and gas leases, and surface estate purchases.
  • Draft and negotiate contractual agreements with a high level of business acumen.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments throughout the asset acquisition process to safeguard the company's interests.
  • Oversee and mentor a small team of buyers to enhance acquisition efficiency.
  • Assist in the integration of various applications designed to capture relationship data and touchpoints.
  • Address title and contractual disputes, facilitating resolution within the team.
Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience in the oil and gas sector.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to the firm's objectives and a strong personal and professional ethical standard.
  • Proven experience in managing a high volume of real property transactions.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

Compensation packages are tailored based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

Salary Range: $50,000-$150,000 USD

Total Compensation Range: $75,000-$400,000 USD
