Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a machine operating role.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at elevations greater than 10 feet.

  • Specific vision abilities, including close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Working Conditions

  • Frequent exposure to heat and cold temperatures.

  • Work at elevations greater than 10 feet.

  • Lift and move up to 50 pounds.

  • Perform repetitive tasks for extended periods, including standing, lifting, bending, sitting, and kneeling.

Compensation

This position offers a competitive starting pay of $17 per hour.
