Dana Incorporated is a leading global supplier of highly engineered driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies. We are seeking an experienced EHSS Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective safety and health programs to ensure a safe working environment for employees.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Investigate accidents and injuries, and assist supervisors in completing incident reports and problem-solving activities.
- Provide training and retraining on safety procedures and protocols to employees.
- Collaborate with engineering personnel to identify solutions to repetitive injuries and develop ergonomic improvements.
- Coordinate annual air quality studies and unannounced safety audits with risk service consultants.
- Schedule and supervise emergency response drills, including evacuation, emergency shelter, and spill drills.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene or a related field.
- 5+ years' experience in a related field, with working knowledge of OSHA and Tennessee Workers' Compensation regulations.
- Familiarity with ergonomic philosophy and working knowledge of safety and health issues in a heavy industrial environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment with line managers and employees.
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
