Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans to assess the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.
  • Lead and manage audit teams to conduct audits and reviews of various business processes and systems.
  • Identify and assess risks to the organization and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
  • Provide recommendations to management and the Board of Directors on improvements to internal controls and risk management processes.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement process improvements and control enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, audit committees, and external auditors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in internal audit and risk management.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, CISA, or CRMA.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate audit teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess risks and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
